On January 22, 2019, the aluminum mold production workshop of zhereng Building Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was put into production. The project is a resource industry of Zhejiang ronggroup industrial undertaking platform, mainly producing, selling and leasing aluminum alloy formwork, and building an annual output of 400000 square meters aluminum alloy template production line.

 

On January 28, the 800000 ton alumina project of Nanchuan Shuijiang alumina Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of bosai mining group, began to feed and resume production. In March, it has contributed its output. Affected by various factors, the project has been in complete shutdown since July 2014.

 

In January, the rare earth aluminum alloy cable project with a total investment of 200 million yuan was officially put into operation. The project is jointly constructed by Anhui Nanyang cable Co., Ltd. and Baotou Steel Xichuang group roller Co., Ltd., which is located in the roll company of Baotou Steel Xichuang group, and mainly constructs two rare earth aluminum alloy cable production lines. The construction of the project started in April 2017, with an annual output value of 500 million yuan and profits and taxes of 50 million yuan.

 

In January, Huizhou shuaiyichi aluminum alloy new material Co., Ltd. designed the annual capacity of regenerated aluminum alloy ingot of 100000 tons, and the second production line was officially put into production. The company plans to produce 50000 tons of recycled aluminum alloy in 2019, about 1000 tons in December and about 1200 tons in January, and the current inventory is 300 tons.

 

In August, hongchuang aluminum strip Co., Ltd. entered the production stage of high precision aluminum strip in August.

 

At the end of February, Shandong Luyu Bochuang Aluminum Co., Ltd. (formerly Shandong Wudi Qixing high tech aluminum material Co., Ltd.) restarted the idle 500000 ton alumina production line (consumption of imported bauxite). In addition, the company plans to produce 400000 tons of alumina in 2019 and start construction of a new 800000 tons alumina production line in April 2019.

 

At the beginning of March, Guizhou Xingren Denggao new materials Co., Ltd. has put into operation all the projects with an annual production capacity of 250000 tons of electrolytic aluminum in the first phase.

 

On March 1, 1-216 and 1-516 electrolyzers in the second section of the first phase of Haixin's "700000 tons hydropower and aluminum project after Ludian Ms6.5 earthquake" were successfully electrified. As of March 3, 100 electrolyzers in the first stage of the project have been running smoothly and normally, and the voltage is controlled below 4.0 v. the qualified rate of original aluminum is over 99.9%, and the daily aluminum output is 300 tons. Six units of the second stage of phase I have been electrified, and it is expected that the electrolytic cells which are powered on on the first day of March 5 will officially start production. With the full start-up of the second stage electrolyzer in phase I, Haixin company will form an electrolytic capacity of 200000 tons.

 

On March 19, the green low-carbon hydropower and aluminum processing integration project of Heqing Yixin Aluminum Co., Ltd. was put into operation in Xiyi industrial zone of Heqing Xinghe Industrial Park. The annual construction capacity of the project is 450000 tons.

 

On March 27, the cradle type deep well casting machine 4 ᦇ production line of the second casting section of the alloy Department of Yunnan Aluminum Runxin Co., Ltd. was completed and put into operation. The alloy square bar of customer standard-19 was successfully produced, and the yield of finished product reached 92.2%, which realized another new breakthrough of aluminum water alloying, transformation and upgrading development of the company. The production line of cradle type deep well casting machine in the second casting section will undertake the target task of annual output of 50000 tons of alloy products.

On April 11, the automobile aluminum alloy wheel production line of Kaman Aluminum Industry Co., Ltd., located in the new third board industrial park of Pingxiang Economic Development Zone, Jiangxi Province, was officially put into operation. After the project is fully up to production capacity and effective, it will form an annual production capacity of 1.5 million lightweight aluminum alloy wheels, mainly serving overseas wholesalers and medium and high-end refitting customers such as BMW, Audi, Porsche and Cadillac.

 

On April 24, the first phase project of Fuyuan Feiyang's 3 million automobile transmission aluminum die casting housing was completed and put into operation. The project is jointly invested and constructed by Zhejiang WanLiYang Co., Ltd. and Jinfei Holding Group Co., Ltd., mainly developing and manufacturing aluminum alloy castings for automobiles. The project is divided into two phases. The first phase is to build a production line and supporting facilities with an annual output of 1.5 million transmission aluminum die-casting shells; the second phase is to build a production line with an annual output of 1.5 million transmission aluminum die-casting shells. All of them are completed and put into operation, and the annual production capacity of 3 million automobile die castings will be formed.

 

On the morning of April 22, Guangxi Wande aluminum mold prefabricated construction Co., Ltd. held the completion and commissioning ceremony of prefabricated building production base project in XiXiangTang District of Nanning city. The project has an annual production capacity of 50000 cubic meters of PC components. The production of PC components mainly includes prefabricated columns, precast beams, prefabricated laminated plates, prefabricated stairs, prefabricated balconies, prefabricated pipe gallery, prefabricated air conditioning panels, etc.

 

At about 15:00 on April 22, Shanxi Chalco China Resources Co., Ltd. successfully transmitted power to the roasting bus bar of the second and seventh area electrolyzers, marking the smooth operation of the second and seventh area electrolyzers of the enterprise.

 

On April 29, all 368 electrolyzers of Guizhou Huaren new material project were put into operation, and the series full load production was realized.

On May 5, the first phase of Baishazhou Industrial Park high-performance rare earth aluminum alloy project with a capacity of 10000 tons / year has been ignited. It is expected to be officially put into operation in June. After the completion of phase III projects in 2022, the total output value will exceed 40 billion yuan and the tax revenue will exceed 3 billion yuan.

 

On May 9, the aluminum alloy template production line of Guizhou Shuicheng Liwei Aluminum Technology Co., Ltd. was officially put into operation. Relying on the upstream industrial chain of 145000 tons of electrolytic aluminum in Shuangyuan aluminum industry, aluminum bar of Liangxing aluminum industry and aluminum profile of 19 degree aluminum industry in Shuicheng Economic Development Zone, the total investment of aluminum alloy template project is 80 million yuan, and the annual output of aluminum template is 20000 tons (800000 square meters) after the project is completed.
