1. Look at the accuracy.

 

The accuracy of aluminum profile includes straightness, flatness, torsion, thickness tolerance and so on. The accuracy should be controlled within a certain range. The smaller the accuracy, the higher the accuracy. It can be used in some high-precision instruments and equipment. The accuracy also represents the processing strength of the manufacturer. Generally speaking, the straightness, twist degree and thickness tolerance are less than ± 0.5mm and ± 0.3mm respectively. Ordinary manufacturers can not achieve high precision, and the products produced have no quality assurance.

 

2. Look at the luminosity and the chroma.

 

Good aluminum profiles are extruded from aluminum ingots, with uniform cross-section color, uniform texture, smooth and bright surface; the surface will not lose luster or change color in 20 years. The surface color of bad aluminum profile is black, and it is made of recycled aluminum or waste aluminum.

 

3. Look at the service life.

 

Good aluminum profile has long service time, no deformation and good corrosion resistance. The bad aluminum profile is not hard enough, easy to deform, easy to oxidize, the thickness is not enough, and the load-bearing can not meet the use requirements.
